It's up to you in this reading activity in which you can travel in time, to fall in love, and meet some interesting people including Rudolph Valentino, the gardener and dishwasher who became a superstar playing romantic roles in films like Blood and Sand and The Son of the Sheik.

Friends

I fear it's very wrong of me,
And yet I must admit,
When someone offers friendship
I want the whole of it.
I don't want everybody else
To share my friends with me.
At least, I want one special one,
